The syndrome of Ghost Workers that had over blutted the Kogi state, in North Central Nigeria was suspected to be main cause, Sally Tibot consultancy led by the this no nonsense woman, Mrs Sa’adat Otun .
She was no nonsense because many Kogi state workers went through hell and disgraceful experiences during the exercises.
Those that their documents and credentials were tored outright even before arriving the untencity of their documents or letter of appointments during the conduct of verification exercise in the brutal treatment of this monster as she was referred to by the state.
