Prof Ibrahim Agboola Gambari calls for “a practical action agenda for the UNCT in Nigeria to Launch a Nigeria “Pact for the Future—Peace Compact.”
“A compact with federal and three pilot states to deliver five measurable peace dividends each; report quarterly to the RC and Governors’ Forums.
“Operationalize the Risk & Resilience Lab. Produce quarterly prevention briefs that trigger preagreed responses—linking to PBF, RSF and development programs”, Prof Gambari suggested with a Nigeria’s phenomenon in mind.
