CHAIRMAN AMARI SPEAKS ON NLC RELAXED STRIKE IN NIGERIA.
Comrade Gabriel Amari, Chairman, Kogi State Council of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC says the Relation of the nationwide indefinite strike was meant to allow Federal Government’s plea for further negotiation.
The NLC Chairman made the remark in an interview with Africa This Week on Thursday,June 6, 2024 in Lokoja, Kogi state capital, North Central, Nigeria.

movement in Nigeria, NLC and it’s counterpart the Trade Union Congress,TUC on Monday June 2, 2024 embarked on nationwide indefinate strike after the tripartite Committee set by the Nigerian government failed to agree on the living minimum wage for workers in Nigeria.
