NIGERIAN BUSINESSWOMAN, AISHA ACHIMUGU IS CURRENTLY WANTED BY EFCC IS FAULTY

NIGERIAN BUSINESSWOMAN, AISHA ACHIMUGU IS CURRENTLY WANTED BY EFCC IS FAULTY

#EFCC
#Aisha Achimugu wanted
#Africa This Week

It was reported recently last week before this year Eid-El-Fitr Sallah celebration that the business Mogul and Philanthropist and a widow Aisha Suleiman Achimugu was wanted by the Nigeria’s Anti graft agency, EFCC.

The purported report had undoubtedly put long faces on those who normally benefit from her philanthropic gestures, which could have put smiles on the faces of the needs in Nigeria.

Africa This Week believes issuing out the information at that critical period of celebration was actually meant to put a damp on the faces who deserve her benevolent acts as a giver.

Where were the EFFC all this while, Africa This Week querried

The report said “Nigerian businesswoman, Aisha Achimugu, who is currently wanted by EFCC , the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), over alleged criminal conspiracy and money laundering is reportedly hiding in Grenada”.

The report also revealed that Achimugu before she was declared wanted by the anti-graft agency, left the United Kingdom (UK) where she had been hiding for weeks to Grenada.

That brings Africa This Week to a conclusion that all along the anty graft-agency knew Hajia Aisha Achimugu where about, before the libelous and malicious statement of flee was coined out to embarrass her over a business deal and love affairs with a widow gone sour.

Hajia Aisha Achimugu as she is fondly refer to by her admiers and In-laws is a widow of their late brother, father and uncles who kept the flag of the former PPMC MD and CEO late Engineer Suleiman Akowe Achimugu flying.

The late Engr Suleiman Akowe Achimugu was adjured as the longest serving MD of the agency during his tenure.

Hajia Aisha to the admiration of the in-laws the Late Achimugu’s is a devoted wife, a mother of three children and religious woman–a Muslim faithful.

A business woman with outstanding business acumen before she even met her late husband Alhaji Engr Suleiman Achimugu.

Hajia Aisha Acimugu is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, MD/CEO of Felak Concept Group, a company specialising in civil, structural, and transportation engineering.

Even her distractors agreed that over the years, the Enterprise has grown in lip and bound, expanded its services to include consultancy and transaction advisory services, maritime operations, and environmental waste management, serving both private and public sector clients.

According to the report , Achimugu had facilitated the meeting of the Prime Minister Grenada with Governor Sanwo-Olu in October 2024.

“Achimugu obtained Grenadian citizenship through investment.

She is very close to the Prime Minister of Grenada, Honourable Dickon Mitchell’, her blackmailers exagerated.

“She facilitated the meeting of the Prime Minister with the Governor Sanwo-Olu in October 2024, which were evidence or her attributes as businesswoman

“Achimugu obtained Grenadian citizenship through investment.

She is very close to the Prime Minister of Grenada, Honourable Dickon Mitchell”, the report speculated

It was masliciously reported that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) last week, declared Aisha Achimugu wanted.

We believe the anti grat agency knew where she was, because some civil Society organisations have suggested that Hajia Aisha Achimugu have been collaborating with the EFCC.

“The Coalition for Accountability and Good Governance has strongly condemned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for declaring prominent businesswoman, philanthropist and a widow Aisha Suleiman Achimugu wanted, describing the move as unjust”

The Coalition accused EFCC of “Raiding Aisha Achimugu’s Home, Harassing 80-Year-Old Mother: ‘ Political Witch-hunt’, report indicated.

In a media briefing in Abuja, the coalition’s spokesman, Comrade Taiwo Adenuga, decried what he called an unlawful invasion of Achimugu’s residence and the alleged mistreatment of her elderly mother by EFCC operatives.

“The Coalition for Accountability and Good Governance has criticised the EFCC for its handling of Aisha Sulaiman Achimugu’s probe

Adenuga therefore urged the anti-graft agency to uphold due process and fairness in its operations.
